Your Preparation Checklist

Below is what you will provide prior to the site build

Great file organization in creating a website is the backbone behind what makes the process efficient.

Prior to upload we will discuss what content you already have and what might need to be supplemented. The goal is that you feel entirely confident in what is expected during this process.

I will provide you with a link where you can upload all your materials.

*Your project start and end dates are locked in once you've submitted all content. If content arrives late, your launch date shifts accordingly. I'll provide a detailed content guide after our strategy session so you know exactly what's needed.

Written content:

Copy for each page of your site (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.). This is the text that describes your business, services, and story. This includes testimonials, team bios, service descriptions, and pricing information.

Images:

High-quality photos of your work, team, products, or services and any other images you want included on your website.

Tier 2 & 3: 5 - 8 stock images included

Tier 1: $15 per stock photo

Brand assets:

Logo files, brand colors (hex codes if you have them), and fonts.
